Welcome to Omega's Advantage programme! As a new employee with Omega you will receive Advantage points after you have completed your start-up checklist.

Our Advantage programme offers you free monthly points to spend on Advantage Offers/Events including our range of holiday accommodation, teambuilding tours, Christmas parties and much more.

To access your Advantage Account and see current Advantage Offers:

  • Log on to
  • Under the Advantage Account tab on the Advantage section and you will find an overview of your current points and transactions
  • Choose Team Events under the Advantage section to our teambuilding and event offers
  • Choose Holiday Houses under the Advantage section to see our accommodations

As a new employee you have the chance to receive an Advantage start-up pack. This is our way of getting your Advantage Account off to a good start and ensuring you have completed all of our initial requirements.

Start-up checklist

In order to receive your Advantage start-up points, you must have:

  • Completed and registered your information in My Profile on Connect
  • Signed and delivered your Work Agreement (Arbeidsavtalen) to us
  • Sent us a digital, passport-style photograph (or had one taken at one of Omega’s offices)
  • Entered and/or updated all sections of CV under the My Profile tab on Connect
  • Registered diplomas and work certificates

Claiming your Advantage start-up pack

When you have completed all the items on the list above, send an e-mail to with the subject Advantage start-up pack.

Our Service Center team will then confirm you have completed the start-up checklist and award your Advantage Points. We look forward to awarding you your Advantage start-up pack very soon!
