Quality Policy

Omega AS’s quality policy is designed to achieve sustained, profitable growth by providing products and services that consistently satisfy the needs and expectations of its customers.

This level of quality is achieved through the implementation of a system of documented procedures that provide guidance to our employees and reflect the competence of the company to existing customers, potential customers and independent auditing authorities.

Achievement of this policy involves all employees who are individually responsible for the quality of their work, resulting in continually improving the working environment for all. Our policy is published on Omega’s official website and is provided to each employee by the Omega Business Support team.

To achieve and maintain the required level of assurance the Omega Management retains responsibility for the Quality Management System with routine operations controlled by the QA Manager.

The objectives of our Quality Policy are:

  • To maintain an effective Quality Management System in compliance with International Standard ISO 9001:2015
  • To achieve and maintain a level of quality which enhances the company’s reputation with its costumers
  • To ensure compliance with relevant statutory and regulatory requirements

The objectives of all Omega employees are:

  • Make sure that Omega is “Big enough to deliver — small enough to care”
  • Display uncompromising integrity
  • To report unwanted incidents and contribute to a safe and healthy work environment
