This level of quality is achieved through the implementation of a system of documented procedures that provide guidance to our employees and reflect the competence of the company to existing customers, potential customers and independent auditing authorities.
Achievement of this policy involves all employees who are individually responsible for the quality of their work, resulting in continually improving the working environment for all. Our policy is published on Omega’s official website and is provided to each employee by the Omega Service Centre.
To achieve and maintain the required level of assurance the Omega Management retains responsibility for the Quality Management System with routine operations controlled by the QA Manager.
